Here are some most asked questions I get from my clients:

FAQs

What’s missing from my current site?

I'm here to identify what's essential to the site with the goal of  creating structure and flow. I believe an organized, visually dynamic site can entice people to learn more about what you offer and ultimately work with you. We will talk about what parts of your site you’re not happy with.

How long does this process take?

Typically, the process can take a few weeks to a few months. Putting together a site is a collaborative experience.

As a Designer, I can’t create a site without a thorough understanding of your needs. Not only do I need to understand your goals, I also need your timely responses when it comes to getting content approval, retrieving documents, images, and so on. The longer it takes to get back to me about something, the longer the process takes to finish your site.

Why do you use drag and drop builders? Can I customize it?

A lot of my clients have a goal of one day taking charge of making website updates on their own. Knowing this, along with your comfort level and skill with technology helps me determine the best site designer for you. I can work to set up the site so you can make the easy changes.

Can you help me manage my other accounts related to my website?

I'm not just your designer. I'm your liaison to your domain and hosting companies. I'm here to save you time, here to help you navigate through the technology ins-and-outs or simply to help answer any questions about that weird website-related email you received.

I may not have time to my own updates. Help!

Some of my clients want to make changes to their site on their own. Others would like me to take the lead. Either way, I meet you at your comfort level:

I also offer one-on-one training to empower you on how to make updates on your own or I can take the lead on your behalf to make the changes you need.
